What is Lifeline?
Lifeline is a program managed by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) and part of the Universal Service Fund. It offers financial assistance for communication services to eligible low-income consumers across all U.S. states, territories, commonwealths, and Tribal lands.
How ACE Fiber Supports Lifeline
As an approved provider, ACE Fiber applies Lifeline discounts directly to eligible internet services, helping make essential connectivity more affordable for households in our community.
Who Qualifies?
To qualify for Lifeline, you must meet income requirements or participate in certain federal assistance programs. The program is:
Limited to one Lifeline benefit per household
Non-transferable
Only available to eligible subscribers
Not valid with multiple providers per household
