OrthoXpress is a walk-in orthopedic clinic with a focus on convenience, affordability, and accessibility. Almost 5 years ago, Bradley Dillon, NP-C, started the OrhtoXpress Bone & Joint Center with Dr. Johnny Mitias, Supervising Physician. Since then, they have welcomed Cameron Wilkerson, FNP-C to the team.
What makes OrthoXpress different from other clinics is its ability to see people within a day or two of scheduling. Bradley told us, “You fall, possibly breaking something. You stub your toe, your finger pops out a joint, your shoulder pops out a joint, or your knee’s been hurting you for 16 years. If you have sports-related injuries, non-sports-related injuries, or anything orthopedic-based, you literally just walk in the door or call and make an appointment, and you’re going to be seen within a day or two.”
How the Clinic Started
After getting his nursing degree, Bradley moved to Mobile, Alabama while his wife attended physical therapy school, and he worked at the hospital there. After his wife received her degree, the couple decided they wanted to live in a central location between their families, and that was Saltillo. While there, Bradley worked at North Mississippi Medical Center in the men’s health department.
After a few years of working there, Bradley thought it was time for a change. He and Dr. Mitias researched surrounding areas and learned that Corinth did not have that many options for orthopedic care, so they decided to open a clinic.
“About a year into it, the clinic was booming,” said Bradley. He was still living in Saltillo at that time, but he decided to move his family to be closer to work and to enjoy the area.
What He Loves About Corinth
Bradley says what he loves about Corinth is the people. “If you broke down on the side of the road or you lost somebody, you would have people trying to give you the right instructions or directions and trying to help you out.”
He said that he loves the family-oriented atmosphere. Corinth is a great place to raise a family. Also, he loves that Corinth is growing. As the town grows, so does their team, which means they are able to spend more time with their patients and give them a better quality of care.
What He Loves About His Patients & His Team
At OrthoXpress, they care about being personable and approachable for their patients. Bradley said he loves catching up with his patients when they come in for follow-up appointments, so they make sure to schedule longer appointment times than the typical clinic. This makes it so they can offer a higher level of care to each person who walks through their door.
Bradley staffs every position with caring people who love coming to work every day. It really makes a difference to their patients and to one another in building a great practice.

Bradley told us when they were running on [the other guys], they had outages every other week, if not weekly sometimes. He said this was especially problematic because they fill out their charts online with their patients. Whenever they had an outage, they had to go through the chart again with the patient and restart the process.
